Selection process Contact In the first instance, you can expect to be contacted by our HR staff by phone. During the 10 to 15 minute meeting, you will be given a brief introduction to BEKO and the details of the position.  Apply
Selection process Interviews In addition to your professional experience, we also want to know about your career plans and future goals. During the interview you will get an insight into life at BEKO. After successfully completing the first round, you will be invited to a professional interview. Don't get over-excited and feel free to ask us questions. It's important to us that the interview is an experience for you and that you feel comfortable in an informal discussion.

Selection process Feedback We will keep you informed about the status of the selection process between interviews, and we will not leave you in any uncertainty. In all cases, we will inform you of our decision following the interview.  Apply
Selection process Offer After successful interviews, you will receive an offer. During the online meeting we will explain the details and tell you more about the BEKO benefits package. A formal offer will then be sent to you by email. Apply
Selection process Access On your first day, we will make a point of giving you all the information you need about how our company works, our internal rules, etc. You will participate in the mandatory medical check-up and training, get to know the BEKO office and we will have the opportunity to have lunch together to get to know each other better.
