- PCB production: THT i.e. drill-hole wave soldering and prior to that laser scanning of the legs, lacquering, AOI
- Pre-assembly: automatic and manual bolting
- Final assembly: automatic and manual bolting, two-component adhesive and insulating resin dispensing with laser scanner control, AOI, leak test for leak tightness control, Hi-Pot test, EoL test
- AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) automatic camera inspections
- FCT testing
- Leak testing
- Hi-Pot testing (simulates charging with high voltage)
- MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system: the manufacturing process of products, its compliance and traceability are managed by the MES.
- IQ-RM software: PFMES, Control Plan, Process Flow
